A rather peculiar position. I find myself feeling sorry for Kamala Harris. Her staff constantly seems to go out of their way to make her look like a pretentious idiot. The Whitehouse sticks her with jobs that are either insoluble by any means the Democratic party cares to use, the president who could serve as a mentor for her if he had a soul, or a conscience or a functioning brain himself is utterly useless. DC would love her to be the heir apparent as she checks all the right intersectionality boxes, but she seems to have grown ever more uncomfortable the longer she stays there. It appears at the moment that she is far more likely to resign and go home than Joe is.
Every interview I have ever seen her in she appears to be stoned out of her mind. That vacous laughter....
I have to assume Kamala's staff is as loony as she is. So, they think she is doing very well. And Kamala, like Biden, has proven she will read anything off a teleprompter. Neither has any idea of the significance of what they are reading aloud. Joe reminds me of someone who has highly diminished mental faculties and is not sure where they are at the moment. Kamala , who laughs all the time at everything, reminds me of someone who has a serious mental problem. God save the queen, man.
She comes across as a pretentious idiot all by herself. That is, she doesn't need anybody on her staff to do that. Let Occam apply--she looks like a pretentious idiot because she is exactly that.
Yet she was also a successful prosecutor in California, who appears to have taken her Job, which by the way was largely to protect black folks from murderers rapists and thieves, more seriously than the current occupant of that office. And why does she always look so damn uncomfortable every time she appears in public? If what we have seen thus far is her A game how they hell did she ever convince a jury to convict anyone of anything?
I don't see vacuity I see there fear and/or dread. There is I think way more to that story than I think we may know.
Several years ago somewhere on the internet I saw a black local preacher from there in Oakland as I remember, and man alive he called her out for 'crimes against the black community' if you will, as her time as prosecutor. Then again, many prosecutors did the same in the drug war. She's just a batty hypocrite.
