The NRA committed a wrong technicality which is good on NY applying the full force of the law and kicking out the NRA, most businesses I would say deserve a change to fix a mistake but not one who wants to pay the legal bills of gun owners.

You are confusing to separate incidents, the NRA is suing NY for a First Amendment violation and is actually being supported by the ACLU, the other involves Chubb the company that administers Carry Guard and that per the court only effects people who live in New York, as such New Yorkers have very limited options when it comes to acquiring firearm liability insurance.

As for paying the legal bills of firearm owners, that is primary reason to carry firearms liability insurance, the rather minor premiums are well worth the protection such insurance provides.

The insurance should only pay the victims medical/property/wrongful death claims or be ilegal, as NY said, they are protecting murderers.

Very incorrect, firearm liability will not pay the legal fee's if the person is found guilty, they only cover the fee's if the person is found not guilty, which also means that person is not a murderer.

Still 100,000 (12,000 homicides and 88,000 injuries) payments should have to be paid out each year to victims from the firearms insurances to be legal, that would make the price of insurance disqualifiyingly high for most Americans (a good thing) forcing them to surrender their rights to guns and for the rest, it would probably be found not worth it

The protestors were told to leave the area. They ignored a lawful order, and as such were trespassing. No one, not even those who may be physically disabled, are above the law.
