If you didn't vote in person your vote does not count in American elections?

The Supreme Court will strike down all mail in ballots because one person can vote 100 times when ballots are mailed out randomly.

Only ballots sent in person at a ballot box or polling place are legitimate votes, all Absentee ballots mailed in should be tossed.
