Like so many of my fellows I am deeply dismayed at the Conservatives' attempts to link church and state so unabashedly. So the answer to "why did God put me here ...to accomplish what?":

He put you here with the express goal in mind that w'all endeavor to practice heterosexuality. It's what leads to procreation and it's incredible fun. It's the primal BFD.

But hey, God does NOT look upon the LGBTQ begrudgingly or even disappointedly. So long as the lion's share of goings-on are hetero, the Almighty advises: if it feels good hell, do it!

 

Why did he need humans to practice heterosexuality. There are plenty of other animals to do that.

And if he/she/they put us here for that purpose, giving us free will was a really dumb move by him/her/they/them.

 

As to your first rebuff, animals and we-all have the same God, so de rigeur.
As to your second rebuff, you're never quite free in will: the libido tends to kind-of enslave.

Sex is how you mix up the genes and mixing up the genes is how you put the mutations into the whole species rather than just one. If not for sex we'd all be one species of green slime.

Artificial insemination is one that is just as good at mixing genes as sex.

There are probably many others that we have just not discovered yet.

 

He probably cares that the child is born into a stable home, with a loving Father and mother who are married. Not into an atmosphere of deviant women who attempt to approximate a family. But people will do what they will do. Hopefully the child will persevere regardless the selfish oddity of its surroundings.

 

Also homosexuals feel pleasure in sexual practice with others.
I think you're wrong. We don't exist to have a fulfilling sex life.

We're only here to serve our creator. Everything else is secondary.
