    When I go to post an image, it always comes up as a thumbnail. Got to have a magnifying glass to see it. The only way to enlarge it is to click on the image. I notice others posting full size images. How do I go about making that happen as well?

    Just below where you paste the link... uncheck the box "Retrieve remote file and reference locally."

    You could upload a photo to tinypic.com (free) or photobucket.com (registration required) and copy and paste "IMG Code for Forums" or simply insert an image url between IMG tags.

    Use the HTML tag formula...

    Code:
    [img]image url[/img]
    Ya get the url by right-clickin' on the image...

    ... then choose 'View image info' (in Firefox, probably similar in IE and Chrome)...

    ... copy and paste it in between the two image tags...

    ... don't forget the slash in the ending tag.

    That is correct, I had the same problem, I pm'd a mod and he/she explained exactly that and it worked fine after un-checking "retrieve remote file"

    I always uncheck that box but lately, with it unchecked, and past in the url for the image and then hit the button to create the link and the box greys and just sits there until I cancel it. Have to manually type in the code.

    Does the img code come up at all for you?
    I played around with it last night, and had no problem. Just posted another one without any problems.
    Did you change anything in your settings? What are the sizes you are trying to post? Could be the images are too large, but that's only a guess.

    Worked later last night for me. Yes the box would come up, but once link pasted and box unchecked if necessary would grey like it was going to paste in the link but just sit there and do nothing.

    Of little comfort to you BG I'm sure, but FF is all I use here, and never have an issue posting pix or vids.

    I did however of late, have a delay in seeing pix that others had posted. After reading another page or whatever, I could go back and see it perfectly. But it seems to have cleared up the past few days.

    Just some kind of site glitch I'm sure.
