if he had gave them free treats once in awhile and talked to them as friends im sure they wouldn't steal and mess up his store.

see kids like that just need someone to be nice to them and take them seriously, maybe the owner appeared really mean and discriminatory to them because they were young

Had these 'kids' some manners to begin with, perhaps they'd deserved the occasional treat.
Here's a thought. Instead of lounging about, thinking about harassing people, perhaps lending a helping hand in exchange for some treat or compensation would have gone a long way.

Bribing teens to be good? Then we need to bribe criminals not to commit crimes..sounds soooo progressive!

agreed that is one solution but in these cases the adult should take the initiative and be the bigger person.

A bit off-topic, so apologies for that.

I bought a Playstation 3 a few years back, and would go on-line to play Call of Duty games...you could talk to other gamers via headset. Perhaps I'm getting old, but the amount of cussing and foul mouthed "taunting" ruined the experience. Short of muting every other player,I eventually joined a 35 and over group and we'd have private games where the maturity level was a little better. It was clear these were young kids on the head sets...needless to say the F-bombs were falling like rain. Probably same age as the kids on this school bus taunting the lady.

Not understanding the psychology of using foul language so much at such young ages. I'm not a prude, but there's a limit to the amount of offensive language I can endure.
At 12 or 13 years of age I don't recall being so fascinated with swear words and their usage the current crop of kids finds so endearing...even girls.

It's very un-attractive, it reduces one's IQ about 30 points if the only words they can think of in a conversation are F-bomb laden.

Maybe it's a sign of the times...these are tough times and maybe folks feel the need to toughen themselves by swearing like Sailors on shore leave.

Anyway, have a good weekend y'all.

parents are to blame yes but it was concerning unsuspecting adults who encounter kids who are victims of poor parenting.

current total is 570,000 a good projection is that she will be a millionaire by the end of this month, this is becoming just a little bit ridiculous for verbal humiliation.

Yeah, you would, but I think it's great! If she ended up w/10 million, so what? It's other people's $ that they wanted her to have......

Hopefully, this will be some kind of lesson for these filthy-mouthed little barbarians who enjoy torturing old people........ "Smile! You might be on candid camera" and the whole world will be watching you at your worst and the person you're torturing will end up w/a huge pot of $$$ and your name/address will be out there.....

You never know what's going to happen.... just like Karen had no idea she'd end up rich when she rode the school bus that day.........

Kids are being bombarded w/so much on T.V, and in music. Not to mention when they play video games online and constantly hear other people cussing and arguing. My opinion is that there is an environment where being beligerant is thought of as admirable. I think a good effort to resolve the issue would be to include some type of ethics class in schools, in additional to all of the traditional classes.

Well, this is one of the best posts I've read in a long time... Thanks, Herk - my sentiments exactly!

Some people just can't open their mouth at all w/o saying 'F this and F that and $!@#^$#@!!! - then more F this and F that.... they are annoying and very BORING! These people have an IQ of a gnat and I avoid them as much as I can....

Occasional swearing I don't care about, but some people just never learned any other way to talk and the more vulgar they get, I guess they think they're impressing people....

There's the swearing, and then there's the crap they actually say to others. Swearing doesn't matter so much to me - that's just a choice of words. No point being bothered by certain four-letter words - to me, they're all but meaningless. But to sit there and actually attempt to tear someone else down in a cruel, personal fashion, say over a dumb issue like weight.. That's evil in my book.

    What the hell?

While these little trolls deserve the punishment they will hopefully get, that's no reason to post their personal info on the internet. These are young kids that we are talking about.

    Tasteless and dangerous.

I do agree w/you there, Todd. These 4 kids are 12 & 13 yrs old and need to be taught a hard lesson, but they shouldn't be put in danger - and heard one of the kids father is a cop......

I believe most bullies can be turned around if they're handled right....

Why? People are giving her money. They have chosen to donate some money to her because of what she experienced. People are allowed to do what they like with their own money. If she ends up a millionaire, then good for her. I hope she enjoys her retirement.

I don't think she should have to pay taxes on it. If money is a donation, or if its a lottery win, you shouldn't have to hand over part of that money to the government. That's just my opinion.

Nope. Either one of two things should have happened:

    1. The idiot driving the bus should have been aware of the abuse and pulled over and reprimanded the brats.
    2. The little (*)(*)(*)(*) filming the whole thing should have told the bus driver what was going on, instead of sitting there waiting to upload the video to YouTube.

There is one thing that really (*)(*)(*)(*)s me, and that is the inability to step in when someone needs you, because you are too busy thinking 'zOMG I'm gonna put this on YouTube and Facebook'. Kids get into fights at school, and the students don't try to break the fight up, or even alert a teacher, instead, they drag out their iPhones and film the whole bloody mess!

You gotta wonder what the (*)(*)(*)(*) is wrong with people these days.

Wow! What I wonder is, just who the hell is this impostor posting under Mak's account?!

No way this can be the same young woman whose postings have (admittedly) at times, caused me to momentarily fantasize of smacking her up side the head with a heavily soiled nappie.

    :giggle:

    jk, jk Mak.

...your post is spot on, in my opinion.

That much wealth just seems immoral so quickly it is like winning the lottery. Hopefully the federal government does not tax it as a gift and takes its fair share of 25 percent to redistribute it to people who truly need it. don't know the state income tax in florida either but that is money that would go better to helping the masses instead of one individual.

but maybe at the very least for her advocates this pot should have been created for a charity to prevent bullying instead of letting her live lavishly. she even said these people who are giving her money don't even know her meaning she probably has a bad side as well and is not as innocent as the media is portraying her in this victimhood for sensationalism and ratings.
