So this afternoon/evening I was at a casino in the Cincinnati area for a little gambling and some dinner. It was a lovely afternoon, so I walked outside for a bit onto the terrace where they allow smoking. Including me, there were six people out there. I think two were friends and the rest were out there by themselves. I overheard "Trump" so I started paying attention to their discussion. Imagine my surprise when all I heard was positive comments!

Discussion ranged from wondering if they will "get" Hillary on anything now that so much is coming out about the previous administration, FBI and Justice dept's shenanigans prior to the election, to loving that Trump "calls it like he sees it" without political correctness, hits back at those who come after him, find him entertaining and love that he is trying to fulfill campaign promises. There was a full consensus that getting Gorsuch on the SCOTUS was enough of a win in and of itself, but the tax cuts were icing on the cake, and if he can get the border wall going, that would be the cherry on top. No one cared about DACA, they want illegals deported, and all agreed that increasing LEGAL immigration would be fine as long as the illegal flow was cut off.

There was a difference of opinion on whether he will be a one or two term President, but everyone agreed that the State of California is flat out crazy wacko.....and thinks Cincinnati City Council is giving them a run for their money. At the end of the day, we all agreed we live in the greatest country on earth, remarked how nice and refreshing it was to see that out of a random group of strangers there was so much agreement, and then we took our deplorable selves back inside.
