So the top Sunni politician in Iraq, Tariq Al-Hashimi, has been sentenced to death by a Shia-dominated court for complicity in terrorist acts on the same day that (presumably Suni) terrorists carried out multiple bomb attacks in several towns and cities aimed at Shia police recruits and civilians, killing at least 44 people. This doesn't strike me as a sign that Iraq is headed for a stable democracy - it looks more like they are ramping up toward a civil war. I suspect they would already have started if we didn't have military assets in the area keeping an eye on them.

One more thing to worry about. Thanks, George Dubya!

Try not to blame this on President Bush. Yeah, he was President at the time but it was a united Congress with both the majority of Dems and Republicans who authorized him to go. ALso, considering the fact that Shia and Sunni have been killing each other for over 1000 years now and there is nothing we can do to change that fact.

how about if you didnt invade in the first place

how about you stop listening to leaders who hear God talking to them in their heads

how about staying within your own boundaries and if you are so desperate to make weapons and keep Americans in jobs

how about making them and then using them to totally surround your own shores

how about you STOP supporting Saudi Wahabi terrorists

I'm sure you could spend the next 100 years building submarines and tanks and missiles to cover every inch of the USA to keep you all safe from shoe and underpants bombers
should be great for your economy and unemploment figures

just imagine what a great missile shield you could build that stretches all the way round your shores instead of you running wild round everyone elses shores and causing war after war

    in fact

how about United States of Aggression and Canada find some spare land and take the Israelis over there with you too and then we can all get some peace

the Israelis will be great in helping you construct a total missile shield and wall so no one gets in or better still out!

think of the money you would save and the lives that would not be lost fighting and repelling you
