What you claim to be lies is nothing more than your opinion based on your own assumptions. The proper thing to do is present actual facts that show/or back your claim, not your inferring of things that you think back up your statements.

Seems pretty straightforward enough.It depends is the overall answer.
If a Newspaper says someone " Lied " and it can't be proven w/o a
shadow of a doubt,then a Libel lawsuit is in order.Then the Libel case
has to prove harm or damage to ones career,earnings or personal life.
In Politics the bar is much higher.Since many if not a majority of Elected
official also have law degrees,it is not prudent to run around calling a fellow
Politician a " Liar ". Plus the House and the Senate have protocol as to
rules of conduct.Calling one a Liar could be an Ethics violation.Meaning
it is unethical to toss around that charge { Liar } even if true.
Which brings us to one Lawrence O'Donnell who has made a career at MSNBC
doing just that.No one uses the words " Lie " Lies " and " Liar " more than little
pesky troublemaker Lawrence.I have actually heard him in discussion using
the phrase " That's a Lie " " He's Lying " about a dozen times in the space
of a few minutes.He did while debating Pat Buchanan on - Hardball -
a couple years before MSNBC canned Buchanan. Pat is very professional
and seldom ever calls another a " Liar ". O'Donnell does it at the drop of a hat.
So often it's absurd.
meaning there is a double standard baked into cake as far as using the word
" Lie " or " Liar ". Liberals actually think they have poetic license to own
the rights as to how use of " Liar " or " Racist " apply.
Which of course isn't merely absurd but as Unamerican as offering
Pie instead of Cake at ones Birthday.
