    I'll bet you did not post in that thread calling it "race baiting", did you?
    You think a riot must happen to use guns for defense? The mob was shouting death threats and threats of arson. What would you do if it was YOUR home? Offer them milk and cookies? They were well within their legal rights.

    I don't know if it's a hate crime because we don't know what the purpose of the attack was. But it was certainly a brutal attack and I hope the perpetrator is caught and prosecuted.

    Are thieves guilds (or unions) really a thing? :shock: If so, did they help the career criminal in your picture avoid any and all legal repurcussions for his act of violence? Given the US prison population, this totally real criminal guild that protects black American criminals from getting sentenced for any wrongdoing... aren't doing so well.

    I don't believe in hate crimes. If someone kills me for my race or kills me for my money, I am no less dead. People who harm others need to be separated from society.

    Short version, a young black guy walking down a sidewalk, passing a 90 year old woman walking with a walker, reaches over and pushes her down, keeps walking, glances back at her, and keeps going.

    No prior interaction. No reason other than some disconnect in the freak's mind.

    Funny, thought I was pretty clear and writing English, but okay I will break it down further...

    Again, if a snide comment was made and that is a BIG if, why wouldn't one just walk away? It is called being an adult!

    Also, looking at the video on the OP, no evidence the man did ANYTHING to provoke an attack. It appears to be a hate a crime.
