    I simply love this song, to me its probably one of their if THE best Tool song. Your thoughts? Also What does this song mean to you?

    It's good... I have no idea about the lyrics though, seem too personal or open to interpretation:

    I dont really like H but I have another song by Tool that is probably my favourite song ever, I have listened to this song 300-400 times I think and it is ....drumroll...... Right in Two!

    In English , "Tool" is a colloquial reference to the male penis .
    That sums up matters very neatly and accurately .
    I will refrain from answering what this noise meant to me except to say , cancel any ideas for touring outside of Hilly Billy Land .

    I am partial to Lateralus. Such a beautiful song, it can bring me to tears if I allow myself to truly embrace it.

    I have performed Lateralus on my acoustic at a couple open mics.

    At the moment my favorite is probably Rosetta Stoned or Right in Two, but I always like Prison Sex...

    My lord wolverine...youve stolen the words directly out of my mouth.Im not sure many folks understand the complexity of Lateralus.

    Such an epic number.

    Buying tix for Jan 28th show on Saturday.

    I cannot f-ing wait.

    So many runner ups.....46 and 2, the patient, jerk off, flood, opiate, rosetta stoned, the grudge, parabola, pu(*)(*)(*)(*), right in two.....

    I often think to myself TooL is simply on another level compared to anyone else.

    Not sure if anyone else knows this but the math nerd in me finds it rather interesting. Lateralus incorporates Fibonacci's sequence into the song: 0,1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,... essentially starts with 0 and 1 and then the next number is the sum of the previous two. Also the lyrics talk about riding spirals and Fibonacci's Number also is associated with spirals.

    From what I read the entire album is based on the sequence. Pure awesome.

    I am very much considering a tattoo of a third eye.

    Either just one or, or a collection of three eyes, each stylized after AENima, Lateralus, and 10,000 Days. My pursuit of a higher level of understand through the third eye..... oh I get excited. lol

    I have a nice third eye as the screen saver on my phone. Once again great minds are thinking alike. I went thru a phase where I was trying to figure out a nice backdrop for an eye, I didnt want just the eye in a sea of skin,I have zero tats now. Never did pull the trigger tho. My new plan is to get a specific lyric in the form of a spiralling band at some point,not sure where Ill put it but Ive got the words all picked out.

    Talk about excitement....T minus 3.5 hours till Tool tix go on sale here.

    Its on!.. sec 329,row 14 seats 20-21,but me and my buddy will most certainly get down lower...80 bucks a pop....worth every single penny. My friends a drummer and sitting next to the stage,watching Dannys magic, is where we usually end up.Just heard about this Wednesday....low key and unassuming in classic Tool fashion...no fanfare.

    Would be something to hear some new stuff.
