Bush, Obama, Trump, Biden, etc ordering the killing of Iranian generals, etc in their official capacity and duty is completely different than committing crimes for personal benefit and you know that. Stop pretending otherwise.
cops do it every day in America. If it's part of their official duty and capacity, yes, it is legal. I'm sorry if you can't tell the difference between a cop killing a bad guy in the line of duty vs cop killing someone for personal gain/revenge. Stop pretending like you don't know the difference.
So it was Obamas official duty to kill american citizens? You got any evidence to support that wild assertion?
Why Is Trump Getting Special Treatment from the Supreme Court? All this makes the Supreme Court’s decision to hear Trump’s appeal for absolute immunity from all criminal charges even more unusual, and troubling. Start with the weakness of Trump’s argument. There is absolutely no constitutional text, no precedent and no authority in the original debates over the Constitution’s ratification to support the idea for a former president’s absolute immunity. The argument advanced by Trump’s counsel is patently absurd. The idea that senators could impeach a president who threatened them with deadly violence and so no criminal justice process is needed, is facetious. The District of Columbia Court of Appeals rightly ridiculed it — and issued a comprehensive, tightly reasoned and unanimous opinion that presented no good cause for further review. Trump is within his right to appeal the decision, but there’s no good reason for the Supreme Court to take it up and review it as a matter of law — especially given how thorough the D.C. Circuit was. In fact, the court’s erstwhile concern with “unjustified delay” in criminal cases would seem to cut hard against hearing the case. It is, after all, a matter of common knowledge that the former president’s legal strategy is to run out the clock and thus prevent a trial prior to the election. Here then is a case where justice delayed may well be justice derailed. https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2024/02/29/trump-special-treatment-supreme-court-00144138 Exactly.
His right to petition the government for redress of grievances is being upheld. And you don't like that?
if those citizens joined terrorists organizations to harm our country, absolutely. It's his duty. Again, you're confusing acts performed in role of duty vs acts performed for personal gain.
Yes, to protect our country against citizens that join terrorist that want to harm our country, that's his #1 job. And if SCOTUS says presidents have immunity for personal gain, what's to say Biden won't use it to protect our country against Trump? Slippery slope...
So you still fail to see what 3 people/groups I referred to? If either of the 2 are not ready for the date the judge sets, then the judge can and usually does, set a new date if either side give's legit reasons.
I don't think a MAGA member will agree that the leader must be held responsible. For anything. AS the leader himself has stated.

He is not being punished for anything yet. He's had to pay civil fines for being uncivil. Taking gov't documents that belong to the gov't is not allowed. Period. If taken and discovered, they need to be returned.
So, you're basically saying that the president can do things that would ordinarily be illegal for a private citizen. Yes?
He killed two United States citizens, without due process. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killing_of_Abdulrahman_al-Awlaki
I am aware of the story. I asked for charges for said crime. trump also killed that person's daughter doing the same thing.
