Jack Daniel's-Swiggin' TikTok "Patriot" Arrested for Threatening FBI Agents

Palming a bottle of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire, Palm Beach County resident Suzanne Ellen Kaye filmed a TikTok video last month explaining that she was on the FBI's radar after allegedly taking a trip to Washington, D.C., on the date of the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

"Hi friends. I'm here to let you know I need to drink," Kaye said before taking a swig from the bottle. "Just got a call from the FBI. They want to come talk to me about my visit to D.C. on January 6th."

Kaye, a Trump-loving conservative who describes herself on social media as an "angry patriot hippie," wasn't too happy about that.

I'm an American. I know my ****ing rights," she said in the video. "My First Amendment rights to free speech, my Second Amendment right to carry a gun, to shoot your ****ing ass if you come to my house. So **** you!"

Three weeks after posting the video to TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, Kaye is now facing a federal criminal charge for making an interstate communication threatening to injure another person.

It is kind of humorous to know that all these people screaming their votes were stolen — with no evidence — will now never be allowed to participate in another election again. I wonder how many will be arrested in the future for trying to illegally vote?

Obviously that moron( drunk or sober ) does not have a clue that threatening an FBI agents to s********** them if they come to her house to interview her is not the function of the 2nd amendment nor is it speech protected by the First.

I also resent her being described as a "conservative". She is obviously nothing but a Trumpocity supporter who we all know is not now nor never was a conservative.

Apparently you think the first amendment should apply only to nice speech. It is bad speech like this that needs the protection. We either believe in free speech or we don't. We don't get to modify it based on the content of the speech. An angry drunk woman making a fool of herself on the internet should be ignored.
