Unfriggin believable! Bad enough we have to see new hires be unqualified at such an important and dangerous position, but did I see where they're going to get 128 million in back pay simply for shouting out the word 'discrimination'?
They're going to end up with more money than those who passed the test and worked, for doing nothing. The once proud and admirable Western civilization is now the laughing stock of the entire world.
I think it's just ridiculous that a judge is allowed to decide whether a job requirement used by the employer "results in racial discrimination" — even when all the applicants are treated the same and the employer had no intention of discriminating by race. Apparently the automatic assumption is that if different racial groups do not achieve equal outcomes, it must be due to racial discrimination by the employer. Because there couldn't possibly be any other explanations. And it just seems absolutely unbelievable to me that a judge is allowed to order "corrective" racism. Progressives are complete hippocrites. They claim that everyone should be treated without regard to race, but then want racial discrimination to be used to ensure all the different racial groups are "equal".
Additionally what kind of message does this send to some mud hut African in the Congo? Smuggle yourself into the U.S. and because you have a black face everything will be handed to you on a plate. There will be no questions asked about your IQ of 70.
