There is much anger and debate now as to Obama's recent comments over the use of " Judicial Activism " in regards to what the Supreme Court is asked to rule on. " Judicial Activism " Does NOT involve declarations of constitutionality but rather an activist Court or Judge MAKING Law NOT determing if a law is constitutional.Big difference. Should Obama be taken to task for his statments about the SCOTUS and " Judicial Activism ".I mean,considered he's such a Constitutional Scholar.I guess one could say he can't plead Ignorance.
