    So, just two questions. At the time of her birth, were either of her parents citizens? The requirement is "under the jurisdiction of" which was later "interpreted as a part of a footnote that seems to have waved this condition in a fit of judicial activism" but isn't there a real question to be had about even though she was born here, that neither of her parents were "subject to the jurisdiction of the United States"? Meaning they were still not only visa carrying but passport carrying citizens of other countries?

    So, just to save LOTs of time here, yes, the 14th says what it does, but as we all know, it was conditional, and for example, didn't include the native americans who clearly were born in the country at the time. Can't pull the cite but there was the case of the Chinese born, returned to China, and came back to the US case, to claim citizenship, and later, the stupid Justice Brennan slipped a footnote into his 5-4 opinion in Plyler v. Doe, that created anchor babies, or which Kamala seems to be one.

    Right now criminal justice reform is all the rage and Trump acted on it. So naturally Biden's nurses picked a the exact opposite. Brilliant. Horizontal Harris' record combined with Bidens on crime not to mention all of decomposing Joe's floor speeches are going to be hard for them to overcome.
