Lawsuit Challenging Louisiana Crime Against Nature law A law that punishes prostitutes that offer oral or anal sex more harshly then those that are caught offering vaginal sex, and that requires them register as sex offenders, is ridiculous in my opinion.
That sounds ridiculous! What about the consenting boyfriends and girlfriends and husbands and wives who engage in non procreative sex acts? And wouldn't this law mean that contraception was banned?
