    People are not only seen in order of need, the are seen by different doctors according to whatever their symptoms may be.
    It's not the same as a queue at the checkout.

    Emergency medical services are the same all over the world.

    What makes your A&E different?

    Does it have a pub or a shopping mall or an amusement arcade?

    Or is it just like every other emergency medical facility where people are taken who have medical emergencies that need care beyond the bandaids and OTC painkillers that are in most homes?
