No, it actually legitimizing gun shows, protecting them, from the gun control advocates who claim that gun shows are market places for criminals. Just because there is a way around a law does not mean that the law should not exist. Someone can walk off the grounds and sell their gun to someone who doesn't want to go through a background check, so what? People murder each other too, should those laws be repealed too?
