So far on Justia.com there have been some 25 Supreme Court cases that referenced Minor v. Happersett found to be mysteriously altered. 25 files intentionally corrupted leading up to the '08 election and before the Birther phenomenon. This aided in the fog surrounding the eligibility issue.

It doesn't matter if Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii or not, it never did — because we know for a fact that his father was not. Therefore, Barack Obama is ineligible to be President of the United States according to precedent established by unanimous Supreme Court opinion. It is the law of the land.

Justia is just one of a million sources for Supreme Court cases. Moreover, Minor v. Happersett has nothing to do with determining when someone is a natural born citizen - the Court states right in the opinion that the person's citizenship isn't at issue in the case.

Who doctored anything? First, they didn't "doctor" anything, in the process of upgrading their software some cases (not just Minor) had their word cites switched to numeric cites. The cite was still in there. Second, they're just one website. Out of thousands that have the same information. So alleging that this is some grand conspiracy is just more of your typical tinfoil hat nuttery.
