    Toddw admitted that it would take a referendem. Thats good, that way real Americans still have a voice, instead of judicial and gubernatorial fiat.

    Bass-akward? If someone says to you that they are married, I'm sure that you imagine a person of the opposite sex at home. To imagine otherwise is...well...not binding.

    Does the 14th amendment say specifically that rump ranger shall be united? No. It only say that if some red diaper doper baby leftist lawyer contorts the language into saying that, but of coarse it also takes a braindead leftist judge to be stupid enough to think that lawyer is right.

    Just like in Washington state its not over yet.

    Opponents, though, have vowed to bring the measure to referendum in November. They will need to gather at least 55,726 valid signatures of Maryland voters to put it on the ballot and can begin collecting names now that the bill has passed both chambers.

    A real American gives out equal rights to everyone regardless of whether or not he/she agrees with the other side. A real American does this to ensure he/she has rights to begin with.
