And yet, you and others like you have been harping that it is Biden's fault that gas prices are up? You attempted to use natural gas? SEC regulations. Even argued that we are producing less oil now than in 2020. That is an argument that oil production is down.

Show me the quote from my post that claims I was using natural gas as an excuse.
Or you can publicly apologize for falsifying your claim
    I'll wait

Yes. And well, it's always a balance of competing powers trying to defeat each other, that's the system our framers formed to restrict the growth of government. What I think our problem now is that while they pretend to fight, they actually collude behind the scenes and government as a whole continues to expand, appropriating our rights with each expansion.

Take domestic spying. Everyone in Congress claims they are horrified by it, don't support it all, but, it's authorized by a series of 10 year bills with offsetting renewals, and no matter what combination has the majority in the both Houses of Congress, they always have enough votes for another 10 year renewal.

I think it's a combination of greed on the part of Congressmen and probably some blackmail by the alphabet agencies. Take the recording of the conversation between Liz Cheney and Future Speaker McCarthy that was released. Liz says she didn't record it, McCarthy says the same, but in it McCarthy is denouncing Trump for the Jan 6 protest. Did one of our spy agencies turn on their cell phones and record them?

Remember Schumer's warning to Trump that these intelligence agencies can "fix" you 7 ways to Sunday? We have quite a knot on our hands to untie. Congress is supposed to be controlling these agencies via appropriations and I don't think they are.

Well, look at how brazenly they interfered with the 2016 and 2020 elections. Nobody has done a day of time or lost their pension, very few of them have even been fired.

I'd like to see a cell phone with a manual off switch that when activated effectively removes your battery from your phone. Isn't it weird that one isn't available on the Free Market?

Did you not read or understand anything that I wrote?

I said walls are NOT intended to PREVENT entry.

Yes, that's exactly what I said. Teachers also have employers and are not allowed to violate policy.

The bill, which some opponents have called "Don't Say Gay," was signed by DeSantis on Monday. It reads, "Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards."

Anybody's preference does not make them a victim group. Sorry.

Are you seriously trying to compare somebody that thinks the election was subject to shenanigans to somebody who has a penis but thinks they can make babies?

    Really?

    Stay rational here bud.

They are mentally ill. Just like people that think they can fly. People who think they are an animal.

Nobody wants to air their dirty laundry, and the more their success and position depends on public perceptions, the more this is true. People however- forgive their owns sins, blame the consequences of those
sins on whomever has money or power- and elect people who pander to them. What I'm saying is that even the best people in office will not solve the problems of such people- and such people insure that the best people we need to hold office will not be elected, because they call it like it is.... and that gets unpopular fast.

As for companies, Buffet was in a public shareholder meeting. He's a very smooth man with excellent character- but no fool. I once heard him say to the manager group that if you fail to make money, we will be there to help you solve problems and learn how. But if you act in such a way to damage our reputation or business- I will be ruthless.

Much of what I know about the mindset of management comes from private conversations with CEO's- not from public statements or company statements. This is substantially different, man-to-man communications. And you don't walk up to one you don't know and ask for a hot tip; you must have a reason to be in his presence, pick the time, make the right impression and ask in exactly the right way.
One such man had a reputation for pulling off a deal, by himself, all in one day that made a million. Part of that rep was he didn't tell anybody how he pulled it off.

I was doing some personal work for him, and he was friendly, so I said- Jim, I keep hearing this story about you making a million in one day. That would be awesome, but I have to ask- is that just rumor, or is it true? He said- Not true. It was only $975,000.00. I never asked another question, but he spent the next 30 minutes telling me the whole story. The super-achievers want their accomplishments to be recognized, and if you do- they will see you as a smarter person than those who don't. They will tell such a person things they would never tell the press or release publicly. You have to be inside their trust line, and you have to honor it as well.

I doubt you understand this- but if you know how to read people, as most top achievers do- they are always telling you who they are, regardless of the facade they are presenting.
