Members of the local community said the mosque had been targeted several times since it was founded five years ago. On 4 July, an unidentified suspect was captured on surveillance video throwing a lit object on to the roof of the building. It is not known if arson was involved in Monday's fire. "Our sign has been burnt... Our mailbox was smashed multiple times. We had bullets shot at our sign," former mosque board member Navid Zaidi told AFP news agency. Last time it was members of the Christian Identity Movement, an American Christian group who gives promotions to members who commit acts of violence and murders against Muslims and Jews.
Old news. Might be a similar thread related to this. Otherwise, it's a reflection of the people of Missouri. Don't think of them as intolerant. Fear and anger drives these actions. Blame an unleashed American media.
We had a Mosque spring up here in my town a couple years back. No vandalism or such yet, but a new church was built directly across from it. Perhaps someday I'll drive by and witness a scene reminiscent of 'Gangs of New York'.
A mosque opened up in a town about 20 minutes south of Nashville (Murfreesboro). Terrible place to open a mosque. Murfreesboro is a (*)(*)(*)(*)hole. That's where you go to do drugs. Anyway, people tried to blow it up. Prolly saw it on the news.
This definitely got coverage over here, as did the Murfreesboro thing. Unfortunately, the rednecks get restless sometimes.

If Allah wanted the Mosque spared HE would have prevented it. If Allah wants the Mosque rebuilt HE will provide for it. If the Mosque is rebuilt and then burned again it must be the will of Allah. If Allah wants the perpetrators captured HE will make it so.
