MO teen in shocking HS beatdown pictured, ‘fighting hard to stay alive’ after attack: family friend

The Missouri teen who was left in critical condition after another teenage girl slammed her head into the ground during a caught-on-camera brawl has been identified as a 15-year-old named Kaylee.

The young teen was pictured smiling away from the camera in a photo on a GoFundMe fundraiser shared by a family friend.

Bravo, great parenting. What kind of animal raises a child that would do something like this? I could never imagine anyone I grew up with slamming someones head over and over into the concrete.

 

The Perp should be tried as an Adult and prosecuted fully:

Fighting in high schools all over the country has gotten out of hand. One thing people forget about is the school officials have to break up the fights, but have to be careful not to 'overdo' their restraint. I've seen a few school officials, some in their 60's, get injured trying to break up fights. Oddest thing to me is that it's mostly the girls fighting. When I was in high school 47 years ago, I never saw a girls fight.
This is a parental issue, as you pointed out. I saw a fight after school one day at a fast food restaurant close by and some of the parents were egging it on.
I think that school fights should result in criminal charges. Let the court sort them out. Suspension is like a vacation to some students.
They don't fight in my classroom. I made it clear that I won't be too careful with another student's safety, or mine. I don't get the worst of them, though.

If this girl dies, will she get the attention Floyd got?

 

So if she didn't have her head slammed on the concrete over and over, she wouldn't be dying in a hospital room and she'd be at home eating. Why would the news cover that? Why would we post about a girl who went to school, then went home and ate dinner like a billion other kids did that day?
