Its called freedom of speech whether you or I agree or not. The President isn't going to risk violating freedom of speech over a bunch of picketing workers. They made no physical threats or other illegal speech; just reminding scabs what kind of people they really are. Its not against the law to verbally torture someone as long as you don't physically touch them. Like I said before, you may not like what they are doing, but thats their rights under the US Constitution. I'm sure if they break the law as you say, then they'll all be arrested and if convicted, imprisioned. But don't hold your breath too long.
