I changed the emphasis to the key statement. Make sense, yet? It's not about race. It's about culture and differences in country of origin. Cubans and Mexicans think very differently. There is nothing inaccurate about what Biden said. Bringing blacks into it may be insensitive, but it's not racist. It was a blunder to compare the two, but this won't register a blip on the election meter.
