Having just joined this form, I thought I would also make everyone aware of another, related, forum that confines its discussion to democracy and its problems. It's not a competitor to http://politicalforum.com at all; it is a very different kind of venue to discuss why democracies everywhere seem to have stagnated and what we can do about it. The subject matter is more structural than political.

Registration is not required to view the new site, only to post on it.

Being a brand new site, there are very few postings on http://democrasi.com so fresh ideas are welcome and very much needed. There is also a policy of non-censorship so long as the posts are not offensive. The administrators (including me) are very open to comments and suggestions. The goal is to create a new, unique site to critique and improve democracies everywhere. Right now it is in its infancy.

Everyone is welcome and I hope many of you here will have interesting ideas to bring to the discussion. I would also ask that anyone from here who posts to http://democasi.com should include a link back to http://politicalforum.com (at least for the first posting).

I would also like to thank the administrators of this site for allowing this posting (which will also be made in a few other appropriate forums on this site).

Come take a look at http://democrasi.com.
