You read that right. My life doesn't matter, your life doesn't matter, black lives don't matter and white lives don't matter. We are all forms of protoplasmic sludge that may or may not have an impact on the planet in the very short time we reside here. I don't know when life began to have value but it has honestly been a mistake, I guess people are weaker or more afraid of death than they used to be. This folly is not a universal concept either, for example, 1000 people die in the USA or Europe in some sort of accident: news for a month. 1000 people die in China from some accident, nobody would notice or care. Also on this concept, nobody is special, and there has never been a more cancerous assertion than everybody being special. Everyone is basically the same.
