If the laws proposed infringe upon the right of the law-abiding citizen to keep and bear arms then it is unconstitutional under the Bill of Rights and thus not allowed.

 

And I have always said lets make the laws and challenge them at SCOTUS if you like. They get to make the call.

 

The united states supreme court only hears so many cases a year. There is no point in bogging down the docket with useless cases, simply to hear what they have to say about the matter.

 

LOL you know what is dumb about his post.....passing more laws puts more people in prison ... common sense in that one is lacking.

but that hurts criminals which of course, is not a goal the BM. passing more and more laws only impedes, harasses and hassles honest folk. its already illegal for a felon to own a gun so all these new laws don't change the legal landscape for felons. Enforcing them does
