Yeah, nobody cares. Would you rather it was Iran or China supported the government or oppression in Bahrain? Everytime we put on sanctions and remove military funding the Russians, Iranians, Chinese move in and gain influence. Two example which aren't well know Sri Lanka and Fiji, which oppressive governments were put on ice and the Chinese moved in to support them. We lose and the worse countries gain, so what is the point. Unless you want us taking military action and blocking trade to Bahrain to stop Iranian support for the opposition and Saudi support for the government, do you want that? Then the opposition comes to power and says the US is now removed from Bahrain because it did an unlawful blockade. I mean are people stupid or something.
