In 2011, when Trump first addressed CPAC, he made this statement:

“America today is missing quality leadership, and foreign countries have quickly realized this.”

Apparently, France is recreating our recent scenario of a Presidential race of unpopular candidates. They circulated a petition naming a universally respected desired candidate. . . . Too bad he wasn't French.

. . . . Which leads me to wonder: Is Trump actually so narcissistic that he imagines himself able to define "real news" and "fake news"???

France has enough troubles already. How about sending him over to his buddies in Iran.

Unlike Trump, Obama's got "buddies" almost everywhere.

I think it would be a great move by both France, & Obama.

Is there a way we Americans can help speed this up, or make it happen?

I always imagined that Obama would be more fitting as UN Secretary General. Americans have not held that post but I can hardly imagine that would be held against him.

The more I think about it, I agree.

National politics are far too small for Obama.

He can do a great deal more damage in the UN.
