Those of us who own this country have begun to educate and pressure our state legislatures to demand a convention to propose amendments.

It would also be of significance if you could get Congress to actually do something too.

Women should be held to the same standard in the eyes of the law that men are. If a woman murders, assaults, or rapes she should be treated equally. Blacks already whine that they want less penalties for crime because they don't know how to stop being criminal. As laughable as that is, it would be equally laughable to do that for women.

 

So you believe women should be hung like men?

 

The only way to turn around the country is to remove the GOP and DNC and replace those legislators with LP candidates. That will solve the lack of integrity, and I am not sure how you solve the race related issues in this country unless we change capital punishment usage and the appeal process.

Don't blame the country for what a few do. In the U.S. 50% of all murders are committed by young, black males. Considering the entire black population is only about 12%, that's a HUGE number in proportion. It's off the charts actually. And yet, no one here including this administration cares to address it.

 

Women teachers who molest children seem to get off lightly and many don't equate it with being creepy like a male teacher doing it. Progressives don't want true equality; they want advantage for everyone but Christians and white males.

Overview:

In general terms:
There is definitely too much crime in USA. While certainly "victimless crime" has actual victims; the crimes that are most unsettling to law abiding citizens are murder, rape, and assault. We also know that often rapists, murderers, and violent assaulters repeat their crimes over and over when given the chance. Once they get into the system they are just a money drain on the economy and more often than not will never become a value to the world. The best way to limit repeat murder and repeat rape is to just terminate the life of the felon.

With regard to blacks:
Blacks are far more criminal than Whites. The lack of crime and the deep poverty among Appalachian whites proves that poverty is not a guarantee of violent crime in America. As such, the law cannot be lenient on blacks just because they are poorer than whites and the solution is not to just give blacks tens or hundreds of billions in hopes they cease to be felonious. Besides, justice must be served. As such, any black that commits rape or murder should be executed after a fair trial and a fair but reasonably quick appeal process.

Summation:
I have no solution for how to change a culture that is one of violence and lawlessness. America has a larger prison population per capita than any other Western country and in fact larger than any country in the world (per capita). If you cannot change the cause, you have to at least change the effect. No different than modern medicine. Aspirin does not cure a headache - it stops the person from feeling the pain. The cause remains, be it sinus infection or what have you. Calamine lotion does not cure poison ivy. It merely stops the itch. My solution is for the effect, not the cause.
