This is the conclusion a sane person would make but the Palestinians have learned the hard way that reality does not agree with you. Growing up in a dishonest pro-Israeli/anti-Moslem environment had me convinced that the Palestinians were "the bad guys" but once I went out into the world and saw for myself I was shocked to find out that it's the filthy, devious, lying Zionists who are "the bad guys" and the Palestinians are "the good guys". the bottom line is that there are a gazillion people who never experience the outside world and thus are compelled to believe the lies that have been spoon-fed them. Maybe the Palestinians have come to realize this fact and want to cash in on some of the action that the Jews have enjoyed unchallenged for going on 80 years. More power to them.

I've lost track of the number frothing Zionist hate screeds reviling all Muslims for having the audacity to live on land that insatiable Zionists want or might want some day.
The closer you read these racist rants, the more apparent it is that the author has never left home nor has he ever met a Muslim.

Regrettably, the same mentality that can be so easily whipped into an anti Muslim fervor can also be duped into believing that there is an East vs West Culture War into which he must enlist.

As far as the unconditional US Government support for Israel's ethnic cleansing and illegal Occupation, I tried to explain the chokehold that the Israeli lobbies have over US policy making but my Muslim audience couldn't understand how people as clever as the Americans must be could be so easily deceived, duped and manipulated nor can I.
