80% approximately of the avoidable damage to the human body is due to stress, often through an intermediary like smoking or overeating or depression. The ironic bit is the way the US medical system works is itself often a stress raiser.
A friend's sister needed a liver transplant. Her medical insurance paid up to it's limit, and the remaining one million dollars approximately is her responsibility. That moved her stress level up a significant amount.
The war in Ukraine is a paradox. The US shipped large quantities of weapons to the Ukraine Armed Forces which put them to use shelling Donbass, on Feb 16 2022. The purpose was not to kill but to drive out the Russian-speaking population to ensure future elections did not bring in Russia favorable leaders. The first irony was that Russia unexpectedly - having announced it, but Western opinion was that it was a bluff - moved forces in to protect Donetsk and other population centers. So they got the exact opposite of what they expected.
It's a double paradox because it has been claimed that NATO exists to protect it's members from the USSR, and now, maybe, Russia. The reason the UAF had weapons to play with was to deter Russia from invading. It was known Russia would eventually invade to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO and forming a big army and placing nuclear armed missiles close to Moscow. So Ukraine got attacked because it joined an organization set up to prevent countries from being attacked.
Do you say this crazy stuff because you get rubles for saying it, or do you do it purely out of ideological devotion to Russian fascism?
The only people with the power to change a system are the exact same people who benefit the most from the existing system.
