Conspiracies are conspiracies regardless of which side of politics they relate to.

The best cases were not heard because of lack of standing, not lack of evidence.
Either way, are you interested in proof of eligibility, residence, citizenship?

lol that isn’t among the charges.

Firstly how do you know they are or were the 'best' when none of the allegations and evidence in those cases has been tested in open court? Someone told you? You read it on the internet?

Secondly the legal principal of 'standing' is there for a reason. It literally means the parties who were attempting to bring those 'cases' before the courts couldn't convince the courts concerned that they were even harmed by the conduct they were alleging in the jurisdiction where they were attempting to bring the case!

If the parties concerned were so convinced had any real solid evidence? The answer is simple. They could have provided it to other effected parties who were directly harmed by the conduct in question and who did have standing in the jurisdiction concerned. And then those parties could have initiated court action. But that didn't happen either. And so here we are as I said previously. Four years later and what do we have Nothing!

For the rest? I'm 'interested' in proof (of a standard acceptable to a court of law in the United States) that there was indeed a conspiracy to commit election fraud in the 2020 election. I am not interested in following some fixated person down multiple erroneous rabbit holes in a vain attempt to prove the improvable.

I grant you it is hard to prove, especially when the beneficiaries are in power and the complainants are not. There is no incentive to address fraud if that is how you win.

In this case the alleged victims were and are well funded, have the support of numerous State and Federal Politicians and officials and as well as wide spread support int he community. And they still have bupkis to show for those accusations.

Please understand, I am one hundred % in favor of punishing anyone found guilty of tampering with the election in 2020 regardless of their political affiliations. But I want legally admissible evidence, a free, fair and open trial and a conviction by a jury of the accused peers. Not an internet lynch mob. I will not convict persons of such crimes (or any crime for that matter ) based purely on mere allegations that they did 'something' wrong. And I say so for purely selfish reasons. Because If I don't? You or I could be next.

As more TRUTHS are revealed, truths that obliterate the MAGA beliefs based on Trump lies............ what can they say?? The die hard Trumpers will come up with some spin and twists. They will be empty as they will have no cred. Others might come to a realization....

Excellent question. One can only speculate.......but it is doubtful if there would be such an avid following if he had a D or I beside his name. Different mindsets. Not sure he would have even made it as a candidate.

Then it has to be too late. Because no-one gets to arbitrarily choose when and where due process applies just because they disagree with the outcome of an election. May as well start prosecuting basketball players every time you team looses.

They did more than that. Campaign spending is also protected, but there are still laws governing it.

Well, which is it? Campaign spending, or an in kind contribution? It can't be both.

That is exactly what the corrupt Biden admin is doing with Trump. So don't say no one gets to arbitrarily choose when and where due process applies. They do it and they did it.
And back to my point, prove to me elections are 99% accurate.

As I was listening to discussions about the testimony yesterday I couldn't help but wonder what the appeal of Trump is to the following. Its clear they like the 'tough guy' image for their leader, but as a human being, it is difficult to imagine how low that bar has become.

I think Trump was clever with his decision making in 2015. He picked a party that lacked a clear choice for leader. He tested the waters with birtherism and saw enough support and feedback to bolster his bid for leadership. Makes me wonder why he didn't run against Obama in 2012.

Yea I think you're right to some degree here. I think Republicans were tired of watching the media colluding with the left to spin stories, squash stories etc. Very similar to what Pecker did for Trump in the 90's through 2017. They wanted someone who would fight back.

Problem is Trump is a narcist and he fights too much so it's on made TDS stronger, and our country has quickly pulled further apart. The left does outrageous things like russiagate, all this NY nonsense, then Trump fights everything else regardless of reason. It's tiresome. The left would've been really wise to kick braindead to the curb, most outside of Newsom would have one easily. Republicans should've kicked Trump to the curb, anyone could beat braindead. The lunacy needs to stop.

What is Russia gate? Is that the delusional view that Russian meddling in 2016 should not have been investigated?
