    Ok, we were talking last night. The subject came up something about some of the worst things you did in your life and the lesson learned. I listened and thought about it and said. I hit someone in the head with a shovel. Silence and horror look. Ahahahaha I was like, what? Then I heard Oh yeah well I put a fish in someones car one a hot day. I said, thats pretty bad. Then I heard, bad? You think that was bad? You hit someone in the head with a shovel and you think a fish in a car is pretty bad?

    Im laughing again.

    I said, I didnt hit them on purpose. WTF Im not that bad am I. Silence. Ahahahahahahaha

    No set plans for me.....Nice thick steak this evening... early morning run, then enjoy coffee while watching hot air balloons drift over, music..... maybe an icy bottle of limoncello. :p


    I had actually thought of going skiing, but think I'll wait till next week. Way too many people on the lake this weekend. Smartass reckless drunks and my attitude, don't really mix so well. lol

    My friend's Mother makes a lemon cake, kinda like pound cake, with lemon glazing. Her Father makes linomcello. Use of lemon is common. Foods, drinks, lemon gelato... everything.

    They grow sorrento lemons for sale. I have seen lemons easily the size of softballs. lol Seriously. So heavy that they would break tree limbs.

    Well, on Friday I got a call from the cleaning guys that they were coming over on Tuesday to move out the furniture and rip the rug out - which didn't give me a whole lot of time to pack stuff up, although I was surprised at how little I actually have - but on the other hand, I sure have discovered a lot of interesting things behind the furniture. For instance, when the heck did we ever get a Jigglypuff toy? I don't even remember, but there it was hiding behind the dresser.

    It also means I have to take another day off to be here when they disassemble the room. ALSO, they'll probably be cutting out the boards in the kitchen, so it'll be an awesome day all around. The big problem is going to be my 18-year old cat who hates change and never leaves the bedroom anymore. She is NOT going to like this!

    But since everything will be gone, I'm planning on repainting the room - because after Tuesday, I won't have to worry about paint dripping on the rug - or the furniture!

    Today, the cleaning guys completely stripped the kitchen of what linoleum was left, and removed all the furniture and the final dregs of the rug out of the master bedroom. So now, all I have is a mattress, a folding table, and not much else here. At least my son and I painted the bedroom, so it actually nice in here, if a bit empty.

    The insurance agent has already set me up with a contractor to fix up all the damage here, so at some point my house will be back to normal. Maybe by summer.

    My 18 year old cat was traumatized by all this. She likes things done in a regular manner, and all this movement is not at all to her liking.
