Police explain what led to student's arrest in investigation into threats of school shootings

If you look at the first story, you'll see it doesn't contain ALL the information we might expect to see if a potential mass shooter was a white MAGA type. The second story fills in what the first story missed.

I'm sure everyone is glad the mass shooting was prevented, but since people who switch sides seem to be potentially violent, should people looking to do so be more scrutinized? I'm also wondering if the drugs these people take make their mental issues worse.

 

This goes to a large issue of us making these people celebrities for periods of time. We need laws to make sure these types of individuals are prevented from obtaining weapons that allow them to “cherry pick” their victims through mass casualty events.

Thankfully threats were taken seriously in this instance.

I am curious what data @Steve N has to show that people that “switch sides” seem to be “potentially violent”. If a couple of events is all it takes to label entire groups violent then I look forward to it being equally applicable to the group that are the typical perpetrators (90%+) of these events — biological men.

 

Dang how the years change the narrative. I can remember many tgreads with gun owners making that very claim many years ago here on PF with the anti gun folks here ignoring it claiming it was reduculouse

Copycat is a big part of this anomaly.. Godless beliefs and absence of the afterlife is another reason people are so free of consequence..

Explain How someone who has nothing, believes in nothing, cares about no one, has no fear of their consequences in this life and believes in nothing beyond this, has any moral core or love of their life, gives any thought to murder..

7th grade girl hospitalized after trans student attacked her with Stanley cup at Pennsylvania middle school

A student at Pennbrook Middle School in North Wales, Pennsylvania, was left hospitalized after being attacked by a trans-identified male student with a Stanley Cup on Wednesday afternoon.

Surveillance video from the school cafeteria showed a seventh-grade girl walking when the accused student approached her and began beating her in the head with a Stanely cup, according to 6ABC, a local news network. Witnesses to the events said the girl's head was beaten until she bled.

How did I know before even opening the thread that the wannabe shooter was either black or LGBQT? These threads are SOO transparent.

I'd be interested to know, however, how these kids can get such easy access to guns?

 

I imagine it’s the same way the Sandy Hook shooter, Columbine shooters, Virginia Tech shooter, Buffalo
Store shooter, etc all got access to guns.
