    Hi,
I am doing a report for school and live in the USA.
It is about the PSOE. I have been looking on the internet for their 2012 policies but cant find them. I understand that they are changing in 2012 because they are unpopular because of the economy. I understand they recently appointed a new leader too.

Could someone give me a quick bit of information (1-2 lines) about their policies under these things?

    EU:
    Economy:
    Health:
    Education:
    Jobs:
    Environment:

I have been looking online for hours and most of the websites are in Spanish; I gather they are a socialist party who have drifted towards the centre in the past and lost the 2011 election by a large margin, but finding policy specifics is proving surprisingly difficult.

I would be very happy with any information you could give me

About the PSOE? And yes they have a new leader, that was minister, his name is Rubalcaba.

Well, the PSOE is a socioliberal party, however they call themselves socialist, they are not.

About EU: They support EU, and they believe in the trying of approval of the Constitution and all that. Fully support of Europe Union.

Economy: Well these days many members of the party have opined that is necessary to reduce the wages of the workers, because in their opinion earn too much. They believe that the markets should be regulated.

Health: In theory they defend the public universal healthcare, however there have been voices talking about co-payment to help to support the healthcare.

Education: They introduced citizenship education that is a subject about the Spanish constitution, civil rights... They believe that the education must be public in all levels, at least this is what they say.

Jobs: Well I think that I answered a bit about it in economy.

Environment: In theory they defend the renewal energies however in the last legislature they went together with the electric companies and harmed the renewal energies, however Spain is power in this kind of energy.

Well, if you need more help or to translate from Spanish to English something ask me.
