Yep, ironically Trump became a multiple billionaire the old fashioned way . . . by legitimately earning it. you'll notice when I asked them what they would have said if Trump made more money after being President, not one of them answered. As far as I know, he doesn't have that power. Only Congress does, backed by the Supreme court. If you have other knowledge about that, I'd be happy to read it.

No, he has to commit some crime and then it has to go to court and he is judged by the properly educated and elected or appointed officials. Public opinion is less reliable and therefore a non-issue in the laws.
