I don't expect that our politicized FBI is going to go after these actual domestic terrorists with even half the fervor and zeal they went after parents criticizing school boards. I'd be delighted to be proven wrong, but Merrick Garland appears to be a thoroughly partisan hack. Hmm, this brings a legal question to mind. If a terrorist cell like this publicly declares their intentions for violence, is lethal self defense automatically justified? What I mean is if you saw these terrorists coming at you, even if the threat of immediate danger wasn't readily apparent, would you be legally justified in metaphorically 'shooting first and asking questions later', or would a clear threat have to be presented first?
