Professor reveals herself as Kavanaugh accuser, details sexual assault claim

There it is, the second person in the room says it never happened. My question is this, what was a 15 year old girl doing at a party where alcohol was flowing? Did her parents know that was what was going on? If not what did she tell them? The most important question here is was she drunk too? Why was she seeing a therapist in 2012? Was he giving her psychotropic drugs that may affect her memory of the incident?

I don't know the answer to any of the questions I posed above, but you can't fillet Judge Kavanaugh's life without filleting hers to get at the truth.

When an accusation can try you in the court of public opinion and ruin your entire ****ING life and career whether its true or not..then heck yes, the accusation should be investigated and proved to be at least semi legit before destroying people for the **** of it....because they lost an election. Had she ever seen a counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist in her life.

Where did I pass judgment? I simply posed questions, ones which I need answers to if I were to withdraw my support of Kavanaugh. Otherwise it just so much more political Kabuki theater.

 

This whole thing is about credibility now, since there is clearly no physical evidence of any wrong doing and the extreme time lapse between alleged action and today. Kavanaugh has been through the ringer to be confirmed to the federal bench and other background checks in the past, nothing ever came up, now all the sudden something does? Seems a bit suspicious given the timing. Her credibility needs to be equal or greater, the amount of scrutiny must be similar, or why should anyone believe her? Unless she goes through similar background checks, answers similar questions, there is no reason to take her word over his...

Actually, you could argue the first question goes to her character, and the second question (did her parents know) could help establish she was actually at this alleged party, if they could back her up. (This alleged party with no known date and no known location.)

Kavanaugh made it real simple by denying that he was even at the party. If multiple witnesses say that he was there would you say that is enough to call his credibility into question? Especially if one is his friend who was supposedly in the room.

She didn't "Downplay" the accusations made by Jones. She was commenting on her legal standing. Nothing more, nothing less. Jones was suing claiming a "hostel work environment", not the sexual nature of what Clinton did. And her Franken comment was from a story on whether the Senate should Censure him for his actions, and she pointed out that he wasn't a member of the Senate when that happened ! But those "soundbites" were chosen and snipped out very purposely to create the story. If that was CNN you'd call that Fake News

 

Sorry mayor but you seem very quick to accept this out of the blue last minute intervention in the process and reject the other guy in the alleged room?
Looking at the history of this lady and the ax she has to grind against the Kavanaugh family plus the pressure from her own anti-Trump cabal, she barely had time to do her best to scrub her social media sites.
I think Grassley should call her in tomorrow morning and face the committee along with Kavanaugh at 8:00A.M. If she shows, which I doubt she will, question the **** out of her with names, dates, and places. If she stalls, proceed with the vote.
