Regulation of the Elastic clause to safeguard fundamental rights

    These stipulations set forth by the U.S. government with analogous concepts pertaining to... 1.1 Elastic clause regulated to violate fundamental rights solely for logical national security purposes 2.2 A vote by either local, state or national legislative government depending on the level of government an issue is involved with would mandate jurisdiction. This clause allows the federal government the right to impede on other civil rights. Ex. Adam's Alien and Sedition, FDR Japanese Internment camps, NSA phone tapping. These examples violated facets of the constitution using this clause. Without regulation, infringement of individual rights will continue to be existent within society.
