In the 2008 campaign Obama claimed that the US didnt have respect among other nations. After 41/2 years of Obama's "leadership" even little pissant countries like Ecuador has given Obama the finger. Ecuador has agreed to take Snowden the American traitor. They are basically telling the whole world that Obama is a toothless joke that can be ignored. Yet members of the Obama cult keep supporting him altho he is a world wide joke. Care to comment on why this is libs????

This administration has gotten the words "like" and "respect" confused. They want the world to like us so we need to be nice and pull back the reigns in their eyes. Humble ourselves so to speak. Humble ourselves to the point where people no longer even respect us and we have the other 2 world powers blatantly giving us the middle finger on international tv and laughing about it. I don't give a damn if people like us, but they need to respect us. We need to command respect as the only super power nation on this planet. We don't need to have everyone laughing at us because they know that this cute little "new America" won't do jack (*)(*)(*)(*) about it.
What big picture? There are 3 "world powers". US, Russia, China. There is only 1 super power. When the other 2 give the big one the finger then that tends to be relevant...

The rest of the world is giving America the finger because America gave everybody else the finger during the 8 year reign of terror (aka, the Bush presidency), and now they're returning the gesture. When you talk about getting the world's respect, and there are 180 countries in the world, you should mention more than a handful.
Well not to be mean but the more powerful the country the more influence they have and well...the more they matter in the grand scheme of things. If i'm the US Government then I'd be more concerned with respect from the EU, China, or Russia rather than well...Congo.
