The vets have no idea if the attack was premidated. All that they know is that the ship was fired upon and no one is questioning that.
There's no way they can know the motive, if there's one, behind the attack.

No one is disputing that the ship was fired upon. The point of contention is YOU and Grau attributing to them some special knowledge regarding the motive of their attackers.

 

No the point is whether you think that the Vets and American Legion are conspiracy theorists for wishing that they get the enquiry they demand. Now if you think I have claimed they have special knowledge show it.

They had their enquiry, they just don't like the result, which again they don't have the knowledge to pass judgement on the motive for the attack.
And unless the USA invade Israel, beat them, then search their archives to see if the attack was premiditated then all that you have is conspiracy theories.

I don't see any of the U.S. Liberty veterans posting here. Or any members of the American Legion in this thread.

That said:

1) I will fully acknowledge (from Grau's own links) that around 24 Liberty survivors support the claim that the attack was premeditated, malicious, that the Israelis used unmarked jets, and that they deliberately fired on life rafts.

But there were several times that many survivors on the Liberty who have made no such claims. Are you claiming they are lying?

2) Fighting for your country should give one no special exemption from having their claims questioned.

3) I apologize if I have on occasion confused you with other conspiracy mongers in this thread. To me, all the conspiracy mongers run together.

 

Look at a map and look up the demographic data regarding Israel and its neighbors. Israel is pretty much undefendable unless it always attacks first.

And regarding Israel, the only time the U.S. has defended them was the handful of Patriot missile batteries we sent them a couple of times.

If another Inquiry concluded that Israel DID NOT attack the Liberty purposely but that it was indeed misidentification.

WOULD YOU ACCEPT THAT?

 

Israel is a tiny piece of country, the size of New Jersey, surrounded by people who have orders from God to kill them.
If they are overrun, They have one defense, nuclear weapons, and the Samson option, and all of muslimville will go down in a ball of flames.
The US, and the world, has to keep this from happening.
