None of this nonsense either. Not everyone shares your violent upbringing.

Who said I had a violent upbringing, so you are telling us you never had a fist fight in your life.

Because I am a black man I had to have a violent upbringing.

Indeed you are, but it was never proven that Trayvon was beating Zimmerman, only that the only man who could prove so was dead

It is obvious to you and anyone else with your agenda.

This is the part that really gets to me. Zimmerman was pretty obviously (and to anybody, not just me because other people had said so) an incident like this waiting to happen. Trayvon had no record at all of harassing people in any way.

Zimmerman can't be PROVEN to have broken any laws, though the circumstantial evidence is, IMO, overwhelming that he did.

Again, it's never been PROVEN that Martin did either. The only thing that is proven beyond doubt is that Martin is dead

Good for you, though if you had been the one confronting/confronted by Zimmerman that night it would not have made any difference if Zimmerman had killed you either

    Time marches on

Yawn besides forensics , witness testimony, pictures , and more. Only someone with an agenda would ignore all of that.

Because of your nonsense and insistentence that everyone fist fights it's clear that was the standard in your mind. You went on for at least 3 post assuming I was in fist fights , because I'm white ?

I teach an 8th grader currently, that's 6'2, and 250#..... I'm pretty sure, I would not want this kid jumping me from behind out of bushes.... even though he's in middle school.

your insistence that Zimmerman should be found guilty of murder because he shouldn't have lost a fight to a kid is very weak and not at all how the law works.

but your lack of understanding how due process, and the legal system in general, works, has been obvious since day one of this case, and makes it no surprise that you have completely ended up on the wrong side of the verdict.

i have never, until now, denied anything about his height. i just never heard anything about him being that tall. for a minute there i thought he referenced mike brown because i knew he was around that height.

oh and the flip could be said about the georgiepoo hero worshippers.

His being fired had ZERO to do with trayvons size.

    - - - Updated - - -

He changed his mind on important aspects of the case, such as how long Martin survived after he was shot, whether he could have moved afterward and if the marijuana in his system affected his judgment.

We had a ME fired in my county after he didn't give the "correct" conclusion. Look up Martin Lee Anderson case. Lots of similarities, black thug, died in boot camp from sickle cell, but family and NAACP wanted it to be from over exertion from the rigorous excercise they were making him do, and not mention the sickle cell that they had neglected to tell the boot camp about......

fired that ME, and the next one came in and said exactly what the NAACP and governor wanted them to say......

ME jobs are completely controlled by politics. It shouldn't be, but in high profile cases, it happens all the time.

you can try and fall back on the "georgie-worshippers" argument all you want. I wanted due process to be served. But when due process didn't yeild the results race-baiters wanted, they forced a trial without a grand jury indictment, and #shockingly..... got the exact same verdict the Sheriff and District Attorney reached when they chose not to press charges.

    my agenda was due process
your agenda was "to prove your preconceived notions that Zimmerman was a murderer" You had/have absolutely no interest in the truth, due process or anything other than "RACISM STILL EXISTS, THIS IS PROOF"

im so very sick of being lumped in with the "race baiters" (as yall like to label people). this was never about race to me...for either one of the dumbasses roaming around that night. you dont know my "agenda" so lay off that crap. that crap you have in quotes is bull(*)(*)(*)(*) and i have never, ever said any such (*)(*)(*)(*). its hard to have preconceived notions about georgiepoo when id never heard of him. if youd like to do a search of my replies on this bull(*)(*)(*)(*), have at it. you wont find me saying it was about tm's skin color. ive maintained its because zimmy is a hothead and was looking for something, anything, to happen so he could get that hero-rush hes desparately looking for.

keep assuming things about me, though. assumptions get you nowhere.

toodles and cheerio. have a faboo day.

and you don't think having facts like the height difference is important in determining if Zimmerman thought his life was in danger?

    I mean, if I have a 5'5, 150# kid trying to fight me, it's a lot different than a 6'2, 150#

I may weight 200, but the height and athleticism difference plays a huge part in if I can't stop the kid without pulling my gun

I mean, I could think Zim was guilty..... if I didn't listen to all the facts that made him innocent

i think, and always have, that they were both guilty of being complete dumbasses. i highly doubt if trayvons size occured to him. i would think he would have been more concerned about the kid having a weapon. i think he panicked and shot him.

with that I am in 100% total and complete agreement...... however, out of the two of them..... only one escalated the incident into a felony assualt and battery..... and that was Trayvon. When he did that, self-defense comes into play and negates all acts of stupidity.

or grabbing at his weapon, or the fact that he was being grounded and pounded by someone he couldn't stop from doing that.

But not sure if Martin had a weapon is a very valid point though..... Martin doesn't actually have to have a weapon in order for someone else to be scared that he may have it. For example, if a person reaches in his pocket while saying he's going to shoot you and pulls out a toy or a cell phone in hopes of making me run off crying like a little child...... if I shoot him, it's because he made me THINK he had a weapon. Him actually having that weapon or not is a moot point.

The argument "xxx shoots unarmed teen" is a deliberately dishonest statement used to sway opinions to make you think the teen was just walking down the road to sunday school or the library to study for his rocket science exam.....

we;ve seen that "unarmed teen" story play out with Trayvon, and Michael Brown..... but both proved they were dangerous, and I have no doubt, put the fear of life and death into their victims
