Current polls are "closer" than I'd realised. Le Pen 39%, Macron 61%. So it's marginally less done-and-dusted than I thought.

How can you know what media sources I am a fan of, if I never stated what media sources I use, approve, or know about? I can say that your eye color is blue and you have your wisdom teeth pulled - and will be precisely in same position that you are, when making baseless assumptions like that.

    What an incredibly inane post.
Did it make sense to you when you typed it?
    Maybe it needs a Trump-Translation? o_O

I post for the most part my own, personal opinion - or demands of people to operate with facts and not assumptions.

In my 'zona' exists Internet, which I use. Thank you very much, I can handle my own news sources. And as SOME PEOPLE I do not assume other being inferior.

On the other cup of scales we have you - with your constant chauvinistic narrative. Nuff said.

It's a pretty obvious position to take for Russia. The EU has steadily gobbled up traditionally Russian territory/satellites; presumably the end game being that all of eastern Europe sits within its sphere of influence. Strategically it has to be hailed as a great victory for the West. The natural reaction for Russia has to be to support anything which put a halt to this process, including the rise of 'populism'.

I don't think Russia wants war with the West at all, but they also don't want to be in a position where they can be pushed around when it comes to situations like Syria and Ukraine.

I've said this before, the EU may make Europe a more unified and therefore formidable military power. If successful you'll most likely get your consolidated European military. But would we really want one group which could easily summon the might of Europe? Large and powerful states don't really have a great track record when it comes to keeping the peace.

Put it this way. Imagine if in the United States of America, each state was sovereign, had autonomy, their own parliamentary system, their own military, their own budgets. Would it be easier for the US to 'police' the world? -- knowing that any unified military action would depend on the governments of each state.

The US, at least as far as Russia was concerned, would be in a weaker position. But which would you choose if you had a magic wand?

No, seriously. It's one single politician, on Twitter, it's not even an official statement of any sort. It's like Sanders writing on twitter that he approves socialism - what, that will make USA a socialist country?

Nothing insane about it. You said Putin stole billions so you must have inside information, and since the US would like the money and has been looking for it for years, I think it's only right you tell them where it is.

I mean come on now, you're too smart a fellow to be making statements without facts and knowledge, so cough it up, where is Putin's money hidden?

To be honest I didn't really look into the story. I just mean it makes sense for Russia to support the rise of populism, which is hostile towards the EU. And this is constantly what you hear from the mainstream media, that populism is essentially playing into Putin's hands etc etc... one of the usual arguments for why you have to support the EU.

Oh by the way Litwin, your post is just another bit of fake news. Vladimir Putin's preference is Fallon not Le Pen, since he would have been better for The Russian Federation.

Now let me ask you something, why do you prefer Macron, are you a globalist? If so that means you must be against Poland and the other E. European countries that want to retain ethnic and cultural purity by refusing to take migrants.

    Wow.
You really believe what you wrote?
Like it or not, there IS a global economy. People who "opt out of it" in nationalist isolation will not do well (like NKorea).
Nationalism has been a major factor in wars - as is religion - I think it is time for Humans to think of themselves more as Earthlings than as Albanians.
You voted for Trump and are expressing concern for American workers? :roflol:
All the crap he peddles like Trump Ties - are made overseas, same as his daughter's crap. Only thing he made here was Trump University - a scam mill.
You want to raise the American worker? FUND EDUCATION
Get a decent person in charge and toss the imbecile DeVoss.

It is "hidden" in plain sight. He owns the largest portion of the "privatized" national energy companies.

You're right. We should put someone like Hillary in the white house who can't even figure out how to email properly without putting America's national security at risk.

She'd accidentally email the nuke codes to Kim Jung Un.

Well, understandable. EU on it's own is a good idea, but kinda starts reminding too much of a SU, especially with attempts to create ideological unity. No offence intended - in the beginning SU was not a bad idea either - the politicians spoiled it.

If you cannot see difference between me and Kiselev - it is your personal problem, that should be treated by a qualified specialist.

Sorry, that I have to raise my voice - somebody is trying to flood the thread with off-topic.

Mostly by attaching unrelated articles to messages, that have nothing to do either with conversation they have, or with the topic of thread.

Never said otherwise. Just talking about what your leaders and nationalists want, and it ain't be good for the US or the EU.

Well, that is a curious and debatable topic, to be honest. Could have a very interesting discussion around it, I think.
