Only if we invade a sovereign nation. So the threat depends on us. How simple can that be? And still some here still don't understand. LOL Stop trying to spin this into lies. What? We don't like being told if we attack them, they will attack back? LOL How crazy is this?

If they launch anything at or near us, that's an act of war. We will then react to that attack necessary.

No one is lying. If you're not smart enough to google ALL of their threats, I can't fix you

Because no sane president is going to allow the lunatic kim regime to continue firing missiles at Japan, kidnapping SK and Japanese citizens, and achieving the capability of threatening the mainland US with nuclear-tipped ones. It is time to clean up the messes left by prior presidents; first NK, then iran.

You must be very young. When Chernobyl exploded russia didn't even tell ANYONE about it for DAYS, it wasn't until the Swedes ran some tests that the neighboring countries discovered the nuclear fallout.

There will be no nuclear war on the korean peninsula; the kim regime will be destroyed with conventional weapons, and soon.

Isn't it interesting that the same trash that attacks Trump for mental instability defends the leaderships of NK and iran. Wonder if these pieces of sh-t are on someone's payroll.

So whats the time frame when people like you stop whining about Israel? Does it have to be 75 years and then its acceptable? Such hypocritical frauds. Should never have responded to you, I feel dirty.

The missile fired last week was directly over Japan, who has an iron-clad, bedrock mutual defense treaty with the US. Given that NK has kidnapped multiple SK and Japanese citizens - an act of war under any consideration - the US should have removed the NK fake regime long ago.

Yet you are still talking about taking actions that will get a hell of a lot of people killed, wounded and displaced, especially in South Korea and possibly Japan also. We Americans talk tough, but it's their lives and livelihoods on the line much more than ours.

Yeah, they say Trump is mentally unstable, but Fatty Kim is perfectly rational and can be trusted with our survival. :eyepopping: :confusion:

Yeah, the Swedes detected it, Gorbachev still denied it, claiming it was just a" dumpster fire", wasn't until the US came down on them like a ton of bricks, and they were forced to fess up!

actually in a NK war, land war is required, not only we need men to stabilize NK afterward, but if NK invade south, it require troop on the ground to repel them. if Russia/china feel threaten, they can easily send weapon to NK to support gurellia warfare, it will devastate both NK/SK.

The chimp chest beating syndrome is far too common and is usually accompanied by lack of a few tools in the tool chest.

Apparently .. Russia is not a military superpower ... did you not know ?!

You should feel dirty given your lack of intelligent material such that you can only respond with insults, demonization and unsupported claims.

Of course Russia and China are threatened, since they are the only reason Washington started provoking the nut job. They wanted Kim to react, that way S. Korea would feel threatened and accept the Thads which S. Korea never wanted or asked for in the first place.

If people can't see Washington's motives in all this, after Washington used its propaganda machines to attack Serbia with a lie; to attack Iraq with a lie; to attack Libya with a lie; and are attacking Syria with a lie every single day, then there is no hope for them. They're fully brainwashed.

A person should be given credit when they stand up to injustices, not when they commit injustices, and then attack others at the UN to cover up their crimes.

I heard Samantha Powers do that, and Nikki Haley as well. ..and I was appalled. I thought Trump would have the power to fight the globalists and everything they stood for, but it seems they won.

It seems Trump was either lying or badly mistaken during his campaign. Now he has all sorts of information to go on and a hell of large burden to carry as POTUS. This seems to be having a positive effect on him, if only a little.

Well, Russia and/or China could be trying to do the same to the US this time around--getting us to get control of NK with little cost and much to gain for them in terms of saved military expenses, increased security, and enhanced status worldwide as we become the "bad guys".

IMO Russia and China have the most to lose from an out-of-control North Korea--and if NK is simply acting at the behest of China we need to realize that and respond accordingly--which could justifiably involve stopping trade with China and/or Russia completely. Would be interesting to see all our overseas manufacturers losing their industries to Chinese takeovers....

The US economy is 10 times that of Russia. The Russian economy more closely resembles that of Italy. Russian troops are spread thin, and they have their own problems with Muslims and their neighbors.

Putin is shrewd and knows how to play power politics but that's where it stops. Russia is no longer a serious power and the Trump Administration and US Military knows it..

Any power that is able to wipe the US off the fact of the map is a Military Superpower.

Russia's biggest problem is their manpower, they are the only country in the top 10 largest that has actually lost population.

When you compare Japan for instance

    Russia - 143 M people, $1.56T GDP
    Japam - 127 M, $4.84T GDP

Russia does not have the economic might they used to, it would be interesting to see what their current financial status would actually accomplish in a war.

I also think Russia's population centers really make them a far easier target than the US.

If you take out the top 10 cities in Russia, about 30% of the population is gone.

If you take out the top 10 cities in the US, it amounts to about 8%
