Ummmm … You are the one who set up that straw man, not I, nor the SCOTUS in Pennsylvania v. Mimms ...

I don't know what your problem is with this demonstration thing, it wasn't a demonstration, it was a lawful stop and a lawful detention. He didn't need a reason to order her out of the vehicle other than he wanted her out of the vehicle but in fact he did and he had the authority to do so.

Do not continue to deny that he had the authority as the SCOTUS confirmed in Mimms to do exactly what he did after he had lawfully detained her.

When he has detained you and is interacting with you yes he most certainly can and if you refuse can order you out of the vehicle.

So stop with the specious arguments that he cannot

And does Mimms also authorize a police officer to use his authority for the purpose of committing sexual assault against the detained?

Wrong. Were you a cop or something? Your bias is so ridiculous at this point as to be comical.

The laws are somewhat biased in favor of The State ("sovereign immunity") and of the cops ("Pennsylvania v. Mimms") ...

Right and I suggest that when an officer is conducting a lawful stop you follow their lawful orders as in ordering you to exit the vehicle else you will be in jail.

Define lawful order. Also, define which rights the cops can ignore while giving those lawful orders.

May be a coincident but just the same, it should be investigated by an independent body.

agreed, but telling her to put out her cig, did not lead to her choosing to commit suicide. They are two seperate incidents that should be investigated separately.
