Hmm, I can see why people don't like this group. However, I think that this may very well run afoul of the 1st Amendment. The group IS a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, not just a racist organization. They do donate money to lots of veteran related things. Passing a law to bar specifically them may be violating their free speech Rights.
