    I had to stay home again Friday. I finally turned the corner with this flu bug, though. I'm on the mend!

    Seriously, I was reluctant to speak of the idea for respect of Smartie and those of you who have been here much longer than I. But we need a place to say hello and general BS. Although I read, I rarely ever anymore post to any of the other rooms, but would like somewhere to keep in contact with you guys.

    I will support whatever/whomever you guys want. Just throwing the above out there for thought.

    Update... just checked with another PC using a different browser (FF), and can view the videos without opening a new window


    @%(&^%^$#!

    Now they are viewable with IE again. Weird!

    Smarties bar will be closed for business. There will not be another bar with the title "Smarties" anything, unless Smartie herself creates it.

    I agree that a gathering place is an excellent idea in as far as having a neutral, not polarizing area for the membership to relax and get to know each other in a non debating atmosphere. I would hope someone, such as yourself Smokie or anyone else, would step up and create a long lasting area for everyone to gather.

    So lets roll this tub over and start fresh.
    Who's up for the challenge?

    Okay, I did not mean to put my name up as a new Bar propritor, but rather, meant to get the ball rolling. I would feel much better with one of you more established ( bar friends), doing it.

    I think Falena would be the an ideal nominee, seriously. She has my vote and support.

    What say you guys?
